Gypsy Coast Mobile Grooming primarily serves Veneta, Elmira, and surrounding areas. Limited appointments may be available outside the core service area, and additional travel fees may apply depending on location.

How does mobile grooming work?

I come directly to your home with a fully equipped, self-contained 14-foot grooming trailer. Your dog receives private, one-on-one grooming without the noise, kennels, or distractions of a traditional salon. Once the groom is complete, I bring your freshly groomed pup back to you.

Because I tow a 14-foot grooming trailer, I need a safe and reasonably level place to park with enough room to maneuver the truck and trailer. If you live on a narrow, busy, steep, or difficult-to-access road, please contact me before booking so we can determine whether mobile service will work at your location.

You will need to be available for your dog's first appointment so we can meet and discuss their grooming needs. For established clients, other arrangements may be possible as long as I can safely access your dog and we have discussed the plan ahead of time.

Services vary depending on the appointment booked, but grooming may include a bath, conditioning treatment, blow dry, brush-out, nail trim and/or buffing, ear cleaning, and haircut or trimming when applicable.

Because I work one-on-one, I can provide a quieter and less distracting environment than a busy grooming salon. I take each dog's comfort and behavior into consideration and adjust the grooming process when possible. However, grooming may be modified or discontinued if it cannot be completed safely.

Large and giant breeds are welcome when they can be groomed safely within the size and equipment limitations of the trailer. Dogs over approximately 100 pounds may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me before booking if you have a giant-breed dog.

Please make sure your dog has had an opportunity to potty before the appointment and is safely secured when I arrive. If parking at your home requires special instructions, gate access, or extra space for the truck and trailer, please let me know ahead of time description
